If you reach us outside these hours, please leave a voicemail at Extension 101. We are committed to returning your call within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).

As a responsible client, it’s essential to manage your appointments effectively. If you find yourself unable to attend a session, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This proactive approach will help you avoid any potential fees.
If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance twice, you will be added to our “same-day only” appointment list. When you are added to the list, you can no longer schedule appointments in advance. Instead, if you wish to be seen, you must call on the day and check availability. This procedure ensures fairness and equal opportunity for all our clients.
